Deliveries & Returns

The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form (only to the countries of the European Union).

Upon receipt, the buyer must verify that products comply with the order.
Any discrepancies should be referred to on the carrier's receipt, which must be sent with products that do not correspond to the order, not later than one week after receipt to:

Any claim after this period will be refused and the company SAVA will be automatically relieved of all responsibility.
Buyer may not benefit from its right to complain.
This shall also be the case when the Buyer does not issue any reservation upon the delivery of his order.

If the package is too damaged, the buyer must refuse it.

The packaging of products must be kept intact and must not be opened.

* GLS Carrier
To meet the requirements expressed by our customers, we have chosen the carrier GLS, which emphasizes reliability and speed.
Upon dispatch of an item by us, you will immediately receive a notification by e-mail.
GLS offers a delivery service of quality, with qualified and motivated employees, a shared information system, efficient production tools and an integrated network of branches, consolidated into subsidiaries and long-term partners.
To this end, GLS is able to offer, for all countries, a common label, which can be scanned across Europe thanks to embedded scanners that can communicate in real time the position of the parcels.
This information is immediately available in the Internet Clients Area “Your GLS”.

Orders are sent to the address supplied by the customer when their order is processed.

Deliveries in mainland France are generally made within 2 or 3 days depending on the destination.
For deliveries abroad, times vary according to the destination.
